Mădălina Uceanu is the Founder and Managing Partner of Career Advisor, a Bucharest executive search and HR consulting firm. With more than 30 years in senior-level search, she has placed and mentored C-suite leaders for multinationals, foreign companies entering CEE and Romanian entrepreneurial firms. She also founded HumAInity, a professional conference on AI and the human side of work, and runs the HR platform PortalHR. Her vantage point is the hiring table: what boards and CEOs now look for in leaders and teams expected to perform alongside AI.
