Behnam Behzadifar is an Experience Management (include CX and CRM) strategist with more than 16 years of enterprise experience across financial services, energy, FMCG and ICT. Ranked #60 in the CXM Top 150 (2026) and named a Top 50 CRM Thought Leader by Thinkers360, he is Global Membership Director at XMGlobal Collaborative and leads customer experience at Mofid Securities. He has judged the International CX Awards (2024–2026), the Gulf and US CX Awards (2026) and AI World Series 2026, earning Awards International’s Distinction rating. A contributor to CMSWire, CX Network and CustomerThink, he created the BFL, BFA and B-Planning frameworks and has taught more than 1,000 hours of CX training.
